" JANNAT K PATTAY" written by "NIMRAH AHMED"

Jannat k pattay is one of the best novel of my life. I heard so much about the perfection of this novel but I found it more inspiring, motivating and amazing. I call it a complete novel full of entertainment, climax, love, hatred, betrayal, curiosity, Islamic teaching, twist, adventure, uniqueness in the storyline and each thing which a reader wants to read. The theme was very well described in the novel.  It gave a huge support to the hijab girl. Girls really get inspired by this novel if they want an inspiration. I know one of my friend who started wearing hijab after reading this novel. Some of my favorite lines from this novel which relate to the theme are 

“ hum dunya walay jantay he nhe hai k jannat k pattay kaisay dhaikte hai . Agar ap ko koe jannat k pattay la k dae to un ko tham layna q kay jannat k pattay thampnay walo ko Allah kabhe ruswa nhe honay daita.” 

It is a masterpiece novel with moralistic lessons. It is not just entertaining, I learned so much from it. The way novel portrayed turkey and described all about Turkish culture and its places made me love with turkey. Each character has strong impact on reader especially ayeshay gull character was so inspiring. Jehan parts was the power of this novel, really enjoyed his part. The best thing about it is that you can never guess the story. The curiosity always remains there from the start until the end. I have not found such uniqueness and suspense in any other novel.

 The only thing which I do not like about the novel is that the novel was too long which made it boring sometimes. Overall it is a worth reading novel. I recommend this novel to everyone. Those who do not read novels also read this novel they will really love it.

Jannat k pattay is all about hijab and how our society reacts when one move towards the right path. Here below is the main idea about the story. I am not going to give explain full story because I do not want to finish the suspense of the story. Read and enjoy it by your own. You will definitely enjoy it.

The story of the novel has two parts. One part was all about Haya the prominent character of the story that how she transforms from a modern style girl to a true Muslim girl, who changed from modern lifestyle to an Islamic girl. Haya who was modern thinking girl and doing L.L.B  got a chance to go to turkey and to meet Jehan her husband to whom she married when they both were children. After that jehan and his family did not come back to Pakistan and haya parents were thinking of their divorce but haya wanted to meet jehan to save her marriage. In the story, the other important characters introduced before she went to turkey was Khadija called as DJ  who also got a scholarship from turkey and later become haya’s  good friend. Major Ahmed who help haya and she  found that he knows so much about her and Dolly who always followed her  in Pakistan and saved her many times.

Haya somehow managed to reach turkey and found jehan difficult men to understand, who sometimes was so caring and sometimes so rude. Jehan runs a restaurant there and lived with his family in turkey. Haya lived in a hostel there and meet jehan at different places which portrayed the beauty of turkey. With time their relationship gets better and the thing which jehan wanted to see in haya was to be more involved in Islam and to cover her head.

In turkey, an accident happened with haya which changed her life. She starts moving towards the right path and starts wearing hijab which was criticized by her family accept jehan who supported her. In turkey, the other main characters introduced in the story were Ayeshay gull who helped haya a lot to come out from her incident and bringing her more close towards Islam. Other was bacharay gull who was a small child character and last but not least was Abdul Rehman pasha to whom  haya didn’t meet, the only thing haya know was that he was a sort of a gangster  in turkey and loved haya. Abdul Rehman pasha gave haya a box to solve which haya succeed to open until the end of the novel which revealed the truth about jehan and the link between jehan, abdul rehman pasha and major Ahmed. After all the hurdles, difficulties, adventure the end is so inspiring and happy
The rest part of the story is narrated by jehan. All highlights of the story were described as jehan view about which I am not going to tell. The secret of the story is still present. Go and find by your own. I just gave you the storyline all suspense, climax, and the twist is hidden in the story. Read and enjoy it .

"DARBAR-E-DIL" by "UMERA AHMED"

I believe that a book lead our thinking in the right or wrong way and leave us with some lesson. I found Dabar-e-Dil such a good novel which left me with some good lesson, the lesson to believe more strongly in prayers, patients and that Allah is the best planner. The title of the story “Darbar-e-Dil” portrayed it a love story. In the beginning it seemed to be a social romantic novel but the ending changed my perspective and I found it a completely different novel with amazing ending. The novel which look average to me after finishing its reading i totally fell in love with it and count it as one of my favorite novel.

This was the second novel of my life which I found overall as a worth reading novel. The thing which made it best for me was the message or meaning the novel has at the end for me, for all of us which change our perceptions about Dua and Sabar. I recommend this novel everyone especially teenagers girls who want everything in life right away and to all those who wants to start reading novels from a short story can must read this novel as it is good book to start with.

Here below is the story line of darbar-e-dil so that one gets idea about the story of this novel.

Darbar e dil is the story of a girl Meher who was very religious and believed that Allah always listened upon her prayers. The only thing which irritates her was today youngsters love stories while her one friend was fond of love stories and the story shows their argument on this topic many times. Mehar always argued that love was just a stupid thing and she never fall in love with anyone.

Other strong character of the story is murad who belonged from upper class family, liberal in his thought and for him love was a fun. One day due to miss connection of the telephone lines Murad unintentionally listen the conversation of Meher with her friend, the thing which attract murad was the argument of meher against love. He bet with his friend to trap the girl meher in his love. He by using his connection found the number of Meher house and start calling her on daily basis. First Meher ignore her but with the passage of time she fall in love with that guy and asked him to marry her. For murad it was all for the fun so he decided with his friend to call that girl somewhere and insult her. He called Meher and creates the scene that he was dying and wants to meet Meher for the last time but she could not go there because of some reasons. 

Meher prayer a lot for her life and start waiting for her call but as the time passed and he could not call her. She thought that she lost him and her prayers were not listened by Allah which changed her life. She leaves all her religious practices and starts following western life style.

Murad went abroad for higher studies and after 2 years when he return back he saw a girl on a book shop, western in her style and fall in love with her. Murad mother wants that he marry with her friend daughter who was very religious but when Murad went there with her mother to her friend house he found the same girl and forced her mother that he will only marry with that girl as after seeing that girl who was completely change her mother was against this marriage. On his wish her mother agreed and they both get married. For the girl it was just her parent’s decision as she loves someone else.

Time passed and one day when Murad and his friend are remembering their past fun Murad wife comes to know that the boy he loves was Murad and she realized that she ruined the 3 years of her life for that guy for whom that was all fun. She forgets the path of Allah for him. She at once leaves the house and on her way when murad called her, she told him that she was the girl whom he used to call and trap her in love and suddenly an accident happened exactly in the same way as Murad portrayed her accident on call with meher 3 years back. It was the first time the boy remember Allah Almighty

“BIN ROYE AANSU” written by “FARHAT ISHTIAQ”

Most of us are watching bin roye drama on hum TV based on bin roye aansu novel of farhat istiyaq so I decided to write my review on this novel. The novel has different sort of story  from many other novels as it is a completely love story and the theme perfectly  relates with the story.. The things i liked most about the novel was that how simply the writer described the feeling of love of each character and secondly the emotions described in the story especially of the character saba. The novel is full of emotions of love, hate, happiness, sorrow and regret which made its reading a little more interesting. But overall in my opinion it was average novel with average story line without any inspiring lesson but it was a good time pass novel. Those who like to read some love story based novel definitely like this novel and they must read it. Personally I do not like this novel so much, if some ask me to give this novel stars out of 5 then I give it to 3 but as compared to drama I enjoyed the reading of novel more. Those who are watching bin roye drama must read this novel they found it better than drama.

Bin roye was the triangular love story of Saba, Irtaza and Saman. Saba who was very close to irtaza from the start loves irtaza at the time of teenage. Irtaza who was saba and saman cousin and lived in the joined family with his father and saba family love saman. Saman was saba sister and lived in USA with her mamu and mami as they had no child and saba mother gave them saman at the time of her birth. Irtaza always give extra care to saba and was very close to her. Saba spend her most of the time with irtaza and share her all experience with irtaza. Time passed irtaza after completing his education wants to go USA for higher education where he meets Saman after long time and found her different from other girls and he starts liking her. On the other side Saba waits for irtaza return and her love for irtaza increase more because she always think that irtaza loves her and all her care was part of her love. After completing him education Irtaza come back and found saba a mature girl 

The twist comes in the story when saba mamu, mami died in the plain clash and saman return back to Pakistan and starts living with her real parents. Saba and Saman relation gets stronger when saba know sanam was her sister. In the meantime Irtaza proposed Saman. Saba who loves irtaza by knowing that her love was just one side abd both saman and irtaza loves eachother sacrifices her love for saman but wish for the dead of saman on her wedding day as it was very difficult for her all this. After wedding Saman and irtaza went to Lahore and starts their normal life there. Two years past and saman and irtaza son first birthday came and on that day saman accident occur and she died. Saba blames herself and her wish for all of this.

Time passed and maaz (saman and irtaza son) gets more attach with Saba and her parents forced her to married with irtaza for maaz takecare but saba refused for that. saba proposal come in that period but the boy was already married about which he told saba before their marrisge but saba married that guy because she did not want to married with Irtaza because she thought that it was Saman place. Later irtaza and saba parents come to know about first marriage of saba husband and they made their divorce and again forced saba to marriage with irtaza.  This time saba agreed but did not accept her marriage as she always believed that it was saman place. Later they went Lahore to Saman and Irtaza house for vacation and there irtaza come to know about the complete story that why saba ignore him and finally irtaza recognized his love for saba.

“MUSHAF” written by “NIMRAH AHMED”

Some books have magic to change our way of thinking. For me Mushaf was that magic book which describes about another good book Mushaf mean Islamic book “ Quran e Pak” the last holy book which Allah sent down to people for the whole life guide of man.  This is one of the best novel of Nimrah Ahmad which made me cried, emotional and introduced me with new perspective. I count this novel as one of my favorite novels. I really enjoyed the concept of the novel, the relation of Quran with life. The way writer described the importance of understanding Quran by relating the different Quranic verse with different situation was unique and inspiring. This made the story more powerful. The novel made me to think in a different way. It made me realize that how wrong I did by reading Quran without understanding it meaning. I call this novel a guideline book for me as sometime all we need in our busy life was the reminder, the guidance and this novel did this thing for me. 

Apart from this I must say the novel has brilliant theme, meaningful messages, strong characters, inspiring dialogue, great story and all that which a reader want in any novel. I recommend this novel to everyone especially to those who need to remember about religion and need some motivation. Those who want to read a great, amazing and inspiring novel not miss that novel.  I really enjoyed reading of this novel because it looked the story of me, the story of all of us not exactly in the same way but it links with our lives. I really like the message at the end and this is one of the reason I select this novel for my review which was its end not to stop motivating others toward the right path, knowledge of Quran. I really believed if one read this book he/she really get some motivation or lesson from this novel. 

Mushaf novel was all about the importance of reciting and understanding Quran-e-Pak deeply in our life. Here is the story line of the novel for those who want to know the about the story.

The story describes about the live of girl and how her life changed after deep analysis of Quran . Mehmal Ibraheem who was an orphan and lived in a joined family with her mother, taya and chachas family who did not treat them well and did not give their rights in property, her cousins was jealous of her beauty as every proposal came for them asked for mehmil. She was very disappointed from her life and found no guild line in her life. basically the novel starts with mehmil on a bus stop where she daily noticed a girl who was completely covered in hijaab and was holding a book with black cover about which she told her that it was a magic book in which there was story of everyone, the book knows about everyone life’s and if you follow it you would have the whole world and if you leave it you would have nothing which increased the suspense of mehmal in it one day she asked the girl for that book because she wants to change her life but later she found it was Quran. She gets anger on such a joke as she was excepting some magic book which changes her life but her life finally changed when her cousin fawad trapped her in love and sell her to hamayun for money from where she manages to run away and reached on the roof of madrassa where she meet her step sister Farishaty about which she know later and there she found Hamayun was not a police man who made a complete plan to got prove against fawad to arrest him.

Farishatay was another important character of the novel. Farishatay was Hisifa and teach quran to other girls in madrisa and each conversation of mehmil and farishtay motivate mehmil to learn about Quran more deeply by knowing it translation. When mehmil start going to madrassa and learn Quran. she realized that Quran was written for her, Quran talk to her and guide her in all situations. Whenever she needs help, she open Quran and perfect verses related to that situation open and Quran answer all its questions. Her life starts to changed in positive way. She start talking help form Quran in every difficulty and start understanding message of Quran and found noor in her life.

One day her mother died and she marriage hamayun after going against her taya and chacha by the help of her sister and start spending a happy in the light of Quran. after 2 year when she had 1 year old son an accident happened to her and she went into koma. when she recover from that koma seven years passed and everything was changed. her husband did not love her now because of misunderstanding create by her cousin to take revenge, her sister which was a positive, motivation character took place of her because she love her husband from start and sacrifices her love for mehmil but not more. Her husband gave her divorced and her son hates her. mehmil again starts reciting quran daily for help and Allah help her. Every problem gets resolved by their own she proved innocent, her son attracts towards her again and her taya and cousins get punishment from Allah. her sister who lived in the Islamic atmosphere, know Quran more deeply  loose from the girl Mehmil who forgave everyone and separate from their life with her son. so her sister married with Hamayo. Time passed and her son becomes a great scholar. She was happy in her life. the story end in the same way as it begin from the bus stop but the difference was that now Mehmil was the girl who was holding Quran and repeating the same lines to another girl who was disappointed from life.

Peer-e-kamil by Umera Ahmad

This was the first Urdu novel I read. This novel is the sole reason I started reading Urdu novels. I highly recommend this novel to everyone. Even to those who don’t have interest in reading. I remember the time when I wanted to read something I asked my friends and family for recommendation,  almost all of them suggested I read Peer-e-kamil. After getting the same recommendation I was like “Why this novel?” and they said “You will get the answer once you start reading it”. When I was finished the novel I was in love with it, this suddenly became my best novel. I have read a lot of novels now but Peer-e-kamil is still the best for me. This is a novel which had everything that we expect from a  good novel. There is emotion, feeling, love, climax, suspense, good story line, best scenes description and most important Islamic messages.  Each scene in the novel is described in the best way that when you read a complete imaginary movie running in your mind. This is a page tuner book.

According to me this is not just a novel this is a guiding book which can guide you between right and wrong, change the life of anyone who take its meaning deeply. The people who wants to know what is life, its purpose can read this novel because this novel help you to examine your own life and motivate to believe more strongly in Allah and P.B.U.H that Allah is always there to guide people to show them the right path for those who change their life for him and if one scarifies things for Allah, Allah will bless him with a more great thing which one cannot imagine. The ways writer describe the meaning of Peer-e-kamil refresh anyone Eman.

I call this novel the shine in the darkness. Peer-e-kamil is one of the inspiring and guiding book but for those who wants to get some inspiration and guideline from the message hidden in the novel. I am 99.9% sure anyone who read this novel surely love and inspired by this novel.

The story describes the journey of a man from wrong way to the right way( To the path of Allah).The story basically revolves around two individuals “Imama Hashim” and “Salar Sikandar”. Imama Hashim a student of F.S.C part 1 belongs to the influential Qaddiyani family of Islamabad who later convert her religion to Islam. Her life greatest desire was to become a doctor. She studied in a medical college in Lahore, where most of her friends were Muslim. While she was often criticized by her best friend Zainab and the people surrounding her for being Qaddiyani and was frequently suggested to embrace Islam, she started feeling about her religion, and read many Islamic books. During this time she met many religious people who portray the right picture of Islam in front of her. She also met “Jalal Ansar” brother of Zainab, who was doctor by profession and also recites Naat. Imama fell in love with Jalal because of his beautiful voice and his love for Islam and for Prophet(P.B.U.H).When she realized that she was following the wrong faith and due to the pressure of the society she accepted Islam. When her parents came to know about her activities they beat her and forced her to marry her cousin Asjad. She revolted and asked Jalal Ansar for the help, but Jalal refused to help her because he knows that Imama’s family hold a very influential position in society. Imama then ask Salar Sikandar for the help who was her neighbor.

On the other hand, Salar Sikandar (Imama’s Neighbour) son of a landlord of Islamabad with a 150+IQ level.Being well-off and belongs to a liberal family. Salar lives a lavish lifestyle and has committed every comprehensible sins. He tries to commit suicide several times because he wants to know the answer of these questions. what comes after ecstasy. Once, Imama saved his life when he tried to commit suicide. So he helped Imama in return by marrying her for a time being for the sake of adventure and helped her for running away from home. At this crucial time Imama’s friend Maryam and her father Dr. Sibt Ali helped her by giving her place in their home and treated her as a family member. After some months, when Imama Asked Salar for the divorce Salar refused to give divorce. With the passage of time this act of Salar put him into guilt. He does not find peace in anything. he went abroad for further studies where he met Saad Zafar who was totally opposite the way he pretends.He pretend to be a  very religious perso But he was involved in non-Islamic activities like he drink alcohol, eat haram food and was in illicit relationship with girls. This image of Saad annoys Salar. He start learning Quran by heart. After completing his education he came back. On his way to Pakistan he met Dr. Furqan a devoted Muslim and doctor and they become good friends. When Salar discussed his situation with Furqan, he takes him to Dr. Sibt Ali an Islamic Scholar. The personality and lectures of DrSibt Ali was so motivating which plays a important role to bring Salar to the right path.  His perception towards life changes He became religious, the transformation in his personality changes his attitude towards life. Somewhere in helping Imama, Salar fell in love with her.He desperately wanted Imama to be a part of his life.

In all that time Imama changed her name to Amina, completed her studies and started working in a pharmaceutical company in Lahore. She hate Salar because he refused to divorce her as he had promised.She started living with “Saeeda Amma” the first cousin of Dr. Sibt Ali. Saeeda Amma wanted Amina to get married so she find a groom for Amina, but at the time of Nikkah the boy refused to marry Amina. At that time Dr. Sibt Ali asked Salar to marry Amina. Salar wanted to refuse, because he loves Imama (his first wife) but he respect Dr. Sibt Ali so he agreed and married but both did not know that they are again going to marriage each other. When Imama came to know about the reality of Salar she told Dr. Sibt Ali the whole matter and told him that Salar Sikandar was not a good man. Dr. Sibt Ali clarified Imama’s perception regarding Salar and told her that he has changed a lot and became true muslim. Later when Salar went to Saeeda Amma house to told the truth about his first wife to amna he come to know that Amna was Imama his first wife, his life biggest wish and then live happy together.
